Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a reliable and trustworthy payment service. If a transaction is successfully completed but the requested service (such as an electricity token, mobile phone credit, or bill payment) is not delivered, you may be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be processed in cases where:
Payment has been successfully received, but the service was not delivered
A transaction error occurred within the system
The service provider failed to complete the request
Once a valid issue is confirmed, we will either:
Reprocess the transaction, or
Issue a full refund to the original payment method or user account
Refund requests must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after the transaction. Our team will review each case and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please note that refunds may not be applicable in cases where incorrect details were provided by the user (e.g., wrong meter number or phone number).
